I have just vistited my Admin Panel, and noticed that under "users", there is now a Moderator section with the admin section, so that i know exactly who the mods are! Well done Xobor!
Btw, some of the german words have not be translated.
It says as followes:

"Moderators are allowed to edit topics and articles in selected category groups. Choose members as moderators to accord editor rights for selected areas.

Thx for the report, the German bits are translated now and the language should be updated by now. If you find other *bits* let us know, we don't want you to learn German
