Dear Sirs,
I have set moderator permissions for 3 users (one of which is "test" - my testing facility)
I have set permissions overall and then also per forum and sub forum. I have enabled the above moderators to read, reply and create topics - but when they go to a section, there is either no option to create a thread or if there is an option, when you click on it, the screen shows "An error occurred!
You aren't allowed to see this page. If this is not correct please contact the administrator of this forum."

Hi Jim - from what I can see, all your settings seem to be correct.
Can you post a link to a sub-category where your moderators can not create a topic?
