I am trying to set up my profile and every time I try to change anything I get the error massage "first email is incorrect, please correct it", what does this mean and how do I correct it?

There seems to be a problem with the email address you used to sign up with.

Try changing the profile in the administration menu - there you'll be able to change the "first email"-field as well.
